Department of Orthopedic & Traumatology

The Department of Orthopedic & Traumatology at Monno Medical College is dedicated to the academic and clinical training of medical students in the field of musculoskeletal health, injury management, and trauma care. The department integrates theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical experience to equip students with the skills necessary for diagnosing and managing a wide range of orthopedic conditions.

Our teaching program is designed in accordance with the curriculum prescribed by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), ensuring students receive a comprehensive and up-to-date education in orthopedic surgery.

  • Academic Enrichment: The department conducts seminars, case presentations, radiographic discussions, and journal reviews to promote evidence-based learning and critical thinking.
