Admission Process

Form Distribution

Interested candidates can collect the admission form from the office of Monno Nursing College or from the office in Dhaka during office hours against the prospectus and 1,000/- (One Thousand) taka as per the date published in the national and local newspapers.

Form Submission

The application form should be filled in manually and submitted during office hours by the date published in the newspaper.

Attachments

The following certificates and photographs should be attached with the application form for Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery / B.Sc. in Nursing (Basic) and B.Sc. in Nursing (Post Basic) courses:

• Academic transcript of SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations and attested photocopy of the examination pass certificate / provisional certificate and attested photocopy of the testimonial.
• Original certificate / certificate regarding citizenship issued by the Municipality Chairman / Union Parishad Chairman.
• The original receipt of the purchase of the admission form must be submitted with the application form.
• Copies of recent passport size attested color photographs.
• Attested photocopy of national identity card.
• Attested photocopy of birth certificate (Bangla and English).
• Admit and result copy of the admission test by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council.
